Selva put on hold MNM for Vikram’s venture

While there were strong speculations that Vikram would first don the greasepaint for Vikram Kumar’s venture and then move on to Selvaraghavan’s project, it now looks like Vikram and Selvaraghavan could team up first. The actor, in all likelihood, will complete Mani Ratnam’s Raavan and will move on to this yet-to-be named venture that is to be produced by Kanakaratna Films. Shooting is expected to kick start later this month and move on to various locations including Ladakh and Mumbai

Boopathy Pandian casts Silambarasan in his venture

When everyone is expecting the director Boopathy Pandian’s next venture will be with his lucky mascot Dhanush, things have turned the other way round! It’s heard that the duo are not in talking terms now. We hear that Boopathy Pandian was irked by the immature comment passed by Dhanush on hearing the script of the film. And this misunderstanding paved way to their split. Birdies say that the director has started the same project with his bro Arjun as the hero. The director has also finished 10-day schedule successfully and has named the project as Naan Avalai Sandhithapothu. Meanwhile Boopathy Pandian has narrated a script to Simbu. The actor was impressed by the story, and had given a positive nod. And this one will be produced by Lingusamy for his home banner, Thirupathi Brothers.
