Filmmaker Arun Vaidyanathan's Achchamundu Achchamundu has been selected for screening at the 33rd Cairo International film festival. Starring Prasanna, Sneha, John Shea in the lead roles, the movie already made rounds in international film festivals like Garden State film festival, Shanghai International film festival and Digital cinema film festival, Japan. The movie is shot entirely in USA and produced by Ananth Govindan, Asma Hashmi, Ramzan Govindan, Hashmi, Srinivasan, Lakhani and Srinivasan. Arun Vaidyanathan recently received Media guild award for creating public awareness on Child sex abuse. The filmmaker says, recognition in an international film festival always makes the entire team happy.
